3D City and Campus Modelling

RealSim have modelled several 10’s of square kilometres of spatially accurate detailed photo-textured 3D city models. Our largest to date has been Galway 3D, which has been used by Galway City Council, NUI Galway and the Galway Harbour Company to plan and communicate their plans for the city.

GPS Guided 3D Ancient Environment Apps

The Clonmacnoise app is the first GPS guided 3D reconstruction of an ancient environment for a mobile device. It takes augmented reality (AR) to a new level and has the added advantage over traditional 2D camera view AR by allowing users to explore a lost ancient environment anywhere in the world.

Marine Simulation

The marine environment is a difficult place to access and work in. Significant cost and time savings can be gained by visualising and simulating your offshore activities prior to going out on the real thing. We can provide simulations of marine habitats, offshore engineering, surveying and environmental processes.
